Sotherly Hotels (SOHO) will raise its quarterly dividend by 4.0 percent to $0.13 per share in the second quarter of 2019. This follows a 13.6 percent dividend hike by the lodging REIT in 2018.

The next dividend will be paid on July 11, 2019 to shareholders of record as of June 14, 2019. The common dividend represents an annualized yield of approximately 7.6% percent based on the closing price of the Company’s common shares on April 26, 2019.
