D.R. Horton hikes dividend by 20%

D.R. Horton (DHI) will raise its quarterly dividend by 20.0 percent to $0.15 per share in the fourth quarter of 2018. This marks the homebuilding company's 4th consecutive year of dividend increases.

The dividend is payable on December 10, 2018 to stockholders of record on November 26, 2018. A new annualized dividend of 60 cents per share yields 1.7% at a stock price of $34.40 for DHI.
