CoreSite Realty (COR) will raise its quarterly dividend by 6.8 percent to $1.10 per share  in the first quarter of 2019. This will mark the 9th consecutive year of annual dividend increases by the data center REIT.

The increased dividend will be paid on January 15, 2019, to shareholders of record as of December 31, 2018.

A new annualized dividend rate of $4.40 per share yields 4.5% at a stock price of $97.
