CyrusOne (CONE) will raise its quarterly dividend by 2.0 percent in 2020. This follows an 8.7 percent dividend hike to $0.50 per share in 2019 and marks the 7th consecutive year of dividend increases by the data center REIT.

The next dividend will be paid on October 9, 2020 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 25, 2020. A new annual dividend rate of $2.04 per share yields 2.5% at a stock price of $82.
