Urstadt Biddle Properties Inc. (UBA/UBP) will raise its quarterly dividend by 1.9 percent to $0.275 per share in the first quarter of 2019.  This represents the twenty-fifth consecutive year that the company has increased total dividends to its shareholders.

The Common and Class A Common dividends are payable January 18, 2019 to stockholders of record on January 4, 2019. The dividends declared will represent the 196th consecutive quarterly dividend on common shares declared since the Company began operating in 1969.
