CyrusOne hikes dividend by 8.7%

CyrusOne (CONE) will raise its quarterly dividend by 8.7 percent to $0.50 per share in 2019. This marks the 6th consecutive year of dividend increases by the data center REIT.

The next dividend will be paid on October 11, 2019, to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 27, 2019. A new annual dividend rate of $2.00 per share yields 3.2% at a stock price of $62.
