National Health Investors hikes dividend by 5%

National Health Investors (NHI) will raise its quarterly dividend by 5.0 percent to $1.1025 per share in 2020. This marks the 18th consecutive year of dividend increases by NHI and follows a similar five percent dividend hike last year.

The next dividend is payable on May 8, 2020 to shareholders of record as of March 31, 2020. A new annual rate of $4.41 yields 5.0% at a stock price of $88.75.

National Health Investors, Inc. is a real estate investment trust specializing in sale-leaseback, joint-venture, mortgage and mezzanine financing of need-driven and discretionary senior housing and medical investments.
