Armada Hoffler Properties (AHH) will raise its quarterly dividend by 4.8 percent to $0.22 per share in the first quarter of 2020. This marks the 7th consecutive year of dividend increases by the real estate investment trust.

The next dividend will be payable on April 2, 2020 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 25, 2020. A new annual dividend rate of $0.88 per share yields 4.7% at the current stock price of $18.84.
