Armada Hoffler Properties suspends dividend

Armada Hoffler Properties (AHH) will suspend its quarterly dividend in the second quarter of 2020. This february the REIT had announced a 4.8 percent dividend hike to $0.22 per share, marking the 7th consecutive year of dividend increases by the real estate investment trust.

Because of COVID-19 many real estate investment trusts have suspended or cancelled their dividend recently.
