Alaska Air Group (ALK) will raise its quarterly dividend by 9.1 percent to $0.30 per share. The new dividend is payable March 9, 2017 to all shareholders of record as of Feb. 21, 2017.

This is the fourth time the company has raised the dividend since initiating the quarterly dividend in July 2013, with a cumulative increase of 200% since that time.

Alaska Air Group, Inc. is the parent company of Alaska Airlines, Inc., Virgin America Inc., and Horizon Air Industries, Inc. The company operates daily flights across the United States and to Mexico, Canada, Costa Rica and Cuba. The company has been paying a dividend to shareholders every year since 2013, when a quarterly distribution was reinstated. Previously Alaska Air also paid a quarterly dividend to shareholders until 1990.
