CoreSite Realty (COR) will raise its quarterly dividend by 8.9 percent to $0.98 per share  in the fourth quarter of 2017. The new dividend yield for COR is 3.4%. Earlier this year the dividend was raised already by 12.5 percent.

The fourth-quarter common stock dividend will be paid on January 16, 2018, to shareholders of record on December 29, 2017.

“As we have stated previously, we are targeting the amount and timing of our dividend increases to ensure dividend growth is closely aligned with performance and cash flow generation,” said Jeff Finnin, Chief Financial Officer of CoreSite. “We are pleased to again be able to increase cash returns to our shareholders, while continuing to invest in our business for long-term growth.”
