Sotherly Hotels hikes dividend by 4.5%

Sotherly Hotels (SOHO) will raise its quarterly dividend by 4.5 percent to $0.115 per share in the first quarter of 2018. This follows a 15.8 percent dividend hike by the lodging REIT in 2017.

The quarterly dividend will be paid on April 11, 2018 to shareholders of record as of March 15, 2018. The new dividend yield for SOHO is 7.6%.

Sotherly Hotels Inc. is a self-managed and self-administered lodging REIT focused on the acquisition, renovation, upbranding and repositioning of upscale and upper-upscale full-service hotels in the Southern United States. Most of the Company's properties operate under the Hilton Worldwide, InterContinental Hotels Group and Starwood Hotels and Resorts brands.
